Traditional tenant finding and lettings through our agency relationship, with property marketing on Rightmove and Zoopla. Workstay supports preparation, inventories and the practical handover.

Standard one-off tenant-finding fee: 75% of one month’s rent plus 20% VAT on the fee. The fee is negotiable depending on the property and confirmed before instruction. At the standard rate, that is 90% of one month’s rent including VAT, with no ongoing monthly management fee. For example, at £1,500 monthly rent, the one-off fee is £1,125 + £225 VAT = £1,350.

During your enquiry we confirm the company providing formal agency services, its fees and the scope of its appointment. Those services are agreed with the appointed agent before you commit.
