Rental estimate postcode lookup
When you request a rental estimate, your postcode and selected property size are sent to this website to calculate the result. The postcode is forwarded to Postcodes.io to identify its geographic area. We do not intentionally store calculator inputs or estimates in a customer database; hosting and service providers may process technical request logs. Postcodes.io receives the postcode and the server connection details. You can choose to include your scenario inputs and results in a consultation enquiry. About Postcodes.io.

Enquiry information
You may provide your name, email, telephone, property location and requirements. Accommodation enquiries may include dates and guest numbers. We use this to respond, discuss services and take requested steps towards a contract. We also have legitimate interests in managing business correspondence and service enquiries.
How the forms work
Website forms send the details you enter to our server and through FormSubmit to hello@workstay.uk. FormSubmit processes the submission to provide email delivery and spam filtering; our email provider processes the delivered message. The assessment includes your location, property type and rental preference. We do not maintain a separate website enquiry database. Failed submissions remain on screen so you can retry or choose WhatsApp. Following a WhatsApp enquiry link passes the prepared message to WhatsApp. Please do not submit access codes, identity documents or sensitive financial information. Sharing and retention
We share information only where needed with relevant service providers or appointed professionals for your instruction, or where legally required. We keep enquiry records while relevant to the enquiry, service delivery, accounting and applicable legal obligations, and review records for deletion when no longer needed. International processing by communications providers is subject to their stated safeguards; contact us for information about our own processing.
Cookies and website technology
This website does not use advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. It does not save form entries in browser storage. Hosting services and our form delivery provider may process technical logs, including IP addresses, for delivery and spam protection. A temporary request limit is used to reduce repeated form submissions. Fonts and images are served with the website or supplied by your device. Linked external services may use their own cookies.
Your rights
