Management fees start from 15% of accommodation booking revenue, subject to property assessment. Final pricing depends on property location, size, expected booking activity and management requirements.
Routine turnover cleaning and laundry are generally funded through guest cleaning charges, rather than separately invoiced to landlords. Any shortfall, exceptional cleaning, maintenance or additional property expenses will be explained and agreed in advance.
Calculated before platform fees, after refunds, excluding guest cleaning charges and refundable deposits. Platform fees and any design, furnishing or initial setup costs are separate. Your management proposal explains the agreed scope and costs before you commit.
